CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course – Abu Dhabi

CrossFit’s two-day, in-person Level 1 Certificate Course introduces the CrossFit methodology and foundational movements through lectures, movement practicals, and workouts. The course begins at 9:00 AM; CrossFit’s published Day 2 schedule ends at 4:30 PM. The Level 1 test is completed online after the course. This English-language course is hosted at CrossFit Yas, inside Vogue Fitness at Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi, and CrossFit currently provides a Register Now link.
