HYROX Abu Dhabi takes place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from 23–25 October 2026. Choose from the published race divisions and confirm your assigned wave through the organizer. Friday is a women-only race day, including spectators. The provisional schedule lists first and last start waves rather than a guaranteed event closing time.
